I was getting rainbow colored vertical stripes on my monitor and sent it to Dell service on a Friday after noon and received it the next Friday! Now that's service. They also replaced some minimally worn things which I thought was really extra special. Thanks Dell!!

i have had my inspiron laptop for about 2 months now and from the moment i had it i have never put it down. it is very easy to set up and is incredibly fast. the battery life is excellent on average i get about 8-10 hours on the battery when it is fully charged

I was looking for a new laptop and happened to find this one. It's a great purchase for what I need. Glad I was able to find it and Walmart had it on sale.

The laptop comes with more than enough processing power and memory right out of the box. The resolution on the display is as good if not better than my high-def TV.
