Easy, hydrate, and I store it in the fridge to use as needed. Not strong in flavor, lots of vitamin C and fiber. One bag will last one person for at least a couple of months, I use it almost daily. I just can't get to the store very often, this helps a lot. It would be great for camping!

I was disappointed with this product. After rehydrating, it seems all I have are the skins. I can taste no peppers in the soups
