I could (and mostly I do) eat this everyday! My daughter and I just love this dressing . There are other dressings out there that might have “cilantro” in the name but none can compare with this one! Simply the best.

I was cooking some flounder filets and didn't have any lemon juice. So I decided to use the cilantro lime dressing instead of butter olive oil and lemon juice. I spread a teaspoon on each filet. Added some veggies then baked this dish. I gotta say this is the best tasting juicy fish I've ever eat...

So light and refreshing! Delicious! Used as a salad dressing for a salad with grilled shrimp and grilled corn. It was also used to marinate the shrimp!
