I'll eat 2 to 3 packages for breakfast. I like the amount of protein and the flavor is perfectly fine with me. Half while mix half purifier water makes the consistency very easy to get down.

i meant to buy the normal one but this one tastes pretty good. maple and brown sugar is my favorite flavor. it's easy to cook in the microwave but watch out for it overspilling. it's a lot better with milk but i uh ran out of milk. thanks.
