After drinking this tea Sleepytime Detox for a week. I'm feeling better. I don't feel so sluggish. I also use the Sleepytime Sinus Soother it. My sinuses aren't bothering me while i sleep. I recommend you try it :)

A couple people have said it smells like toothpaste / lotion. I'm not a huge fan of tea, but I actually really like this! it has a calming taste if that makes any sense lol I sweeten it with honey and I sleep great when I drink it before bed

This tea is a miracle working and plays dual roles. It ushers you to sleep very gently then when you wake up it helps you eliminate very easily. The taste is amazing as well. I've always bought regular sleepytime but now I'll only by with the the detox addition.
