These dehydrated vegetables are fabulous. They could be used in soups spaghetti sauce oh, I even add it to "cup of soup" or noodles. The container keeps forever, but you'll use it up before then. I was very surprised at the different variety of vegetables that are in this Mother Earth product.

I love making my own soups or stews, and this is great no matter which one you are making. You can add a little or a lot and the flavor just bursts and adds so much intensity to whichever you are making. Everyone will think you are a true chef!!

A little goes a long way. The flavor is excellent, and you can add other vegetables, meats, flavorings or whatever to this. Got this to add to omlets, meatloaf and such. Works great as flavoring and a small vegetable boosr. very pleased
