This is my secret to the best chocolates anyone has ever tasted! I receive compliments and inquiries constantly when I use these to make my chocolate recipes. Really easy to melt. We just set our stove to the lowest setting and slowly let it melt without having it burn! My little one wanted to make cake pops and this was the perfect touch to dip them into! Will definitely be purchasing again! The taste of the chocolate was amazing!!

The best melting chocolate that I have found for chocolate fondue! Literally melts in your mouth delicious! We make fondue often and Ghirardelli is our go to. 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup of sugar and slowly add in chocolate, stirring until melted.
