Lodi Unbaked All Purpose Lupin Flour

This is not 100% Lupin flour, it has rice flour, soy flour and potato starch added. I tossed it in the trash and purchased Miracle Flour from another website. It is 100% Lupin flour.

11 net carbs in 1/4 cup! Ingredients have rice flour, potato starch and soy flour. All not used on a ketogenic diet. Please replace with Miracle Flour you already have available on your website or the Lupina brand. It is pure lupin flour without fillers, like this one has. THANKS!

Read the ingredients. Most people would be looking for this as a low-carb alternative to wheat flour. This has many high-carb additives.

It wasnt pure lupin flour it has soy flour and potato starch and rice flour. So its not low carb I returned it.

Surprisingly this flour baked the same as other flour and did have a little different taste but once I mixed it with sweet potatoes, turmeric and orange peel (sweet potato muffin mix) it tasted great as a final product. Surprisingly healthy too. I bought it in lieu of high priced Almond flour. ...
