Made with canola oil, which is a "monounsaturated" fat (like olive oil), as distinct from the oils containing saturated fat normally used in mayonnaise. I cannot detect a difference in taste.

My husband likes this mayonnaise and he's picky. I'm glad cause it has half the calories and fat as regular mayo. I think it taste better, lighter and fluffier.

I bought two jars of this on clearance to try it and was really glad I did because it really tastes great.

The mayo for those with a soy allergy since this is one of the few mayos that don't contain soybean oil. I wish Wal-mart would do a better job keeping it in stock since there are very few other options for those with a soy allergy.
