I didn't see the reviews before I purchased and sadly after multiple times ordering a 36 count, only got 1 single pack!!! Hoping for a refund as nobody buys 1 pack of popcorn for $34

I ordered the 36ct box but only received 1 pack. I called and they said they'd resend but again, I only received 1 pack. I did get a full refund but someone needs to fix this issue
