The first ingredient is peppermint and you can taste it. I use peppermint tea when I eat more than I should or my stomach needs a little help with digestion. This tea has a mild peppermint taste.

This tea is really awesome! It's really tasty and the tea bags are the perfect size. My daughter is more of a tea drinker than I am, and she loves them. I've enjoyed every cup so far. Definitely worth trying!

This is a good tea for cold weather. I like the smooth taste. It is not bitter even without sweetener. I’m looking forward to spending cold weather nights with this tea.
