The bag is impressive, but I must pump it up every time I use it. I have used a speed bag for 50 years, and am now using one again to help with shoulder injuries. I am punching it (lightly) 3 times a day. Each time I have to pump it up. Other than that, it is a sturdy, great looking bag.

Had the Ringside speed bag just a little over ( 2 ) weeks and find it to be an excellent speed bag . Really no dislikes at this time but would like see see how durable it is ... So far very happy with it .

I got it so I could learn more difficult routines easier. It seems to help. Plus the color changes the scenery over the larger black bag.. It is my favorite piece of equipment.
