Several of the chair kegs arrived bent. Customer service was horrible. We are stuck either with an unusable set or paying more for a more expensive replacement. Totally unacceptable.

This item was used for 10 months so far and it looks like it is 10 years old. We put it away during winter, yet it literally is completely worn and looks terrible. I am going to sand and try to seal it so that I don't have to buy a new one but very, very disappointed.

It came in two shipments but customer service was very helpful. Chairs are very comfortable and table was super easy to assemble.

I absolutely Love, love, love this set. It looks great and has a real quality feel to it. The chairs are so comfortable... there is ZERO need for any type of cushions.

I wish I would have known how little the wood was sealed when it arrived. It was beautiful and easy to put together and the wood looked like it was sealed and ready to go. After 2 months in the rain and sun the wood faded, stained, shrunk and warped. I cleaned it down with warm water and a tiny ...
