Works quite well. My only complaint is the chair is a bit narrow. I used a chair I already had that fits me better.

This thing is great! I'm 220 so it is a snug fix but it works great. I start sweating after about 30 minutes and have to stop by 45 minutes. And I'm dripping sweat. Highly recommended.

im 6'0" and this Frisby fis-101 xlarge infrared IR FAR sauna is to small for me. I only recommend if under 5'10" tall others than that you want fit very comfortably.
