Arrived damaged. Called the 1-800 as it said to do in the instructions. Left a message as was asked when I called the number. Never heard back from them. Would not do business with again. Amazon is much easier to deal with when issues come up. Item was junk

Piece of crap ! Save your money. Poorly made doesn't fit together properly. Instruction suck . Don't even bother reading them. Materials are sub standard. First fire the"stainless" coating peeled off. Only thing positive it will hold wood.

The thing does not fit together. The parts are all bent and dented. We had to add some screws to keep the screen from falling off. We needed it for the event so we are keeping it but I will not buy this again. The attention to detail and part tolerances are very poor. Pieces just dont line up a...

this thing is huge and if you want one that is huge good. I have always used one about a third this size. I would prefer too have my small one but oh well
