I purchased this as a second diffuser for my cats-- and as stated in the item title..."Diffuser & Refill", expected such. This item is really DIFFUSER ONLY!!! I will need a refill in about 3 weeks, so I won't go thru the hassle of a return, but please, Wal-Mart, accurately title your items!

This REFIL L clearly stated on the packaging, works well for my cat who has had to move with me, to a small house with a large barking dog. She has been very unhappy and gets angry and growls and scratches. When I purchased this she calmed down a great deal. I can actually pet her now. I must...
