The package says to inspect the unit for broken parts, install, then plug in. Several days later the tank still has a chill in the water. My betta fish rated this 1/5 stars

I am bummed there is no controller on this heater, which is why I purchased this one. BUT I decided to try it for my Beta is in need. The box says it auto regulates the temperature.
