When I turned it on, it took a little bit to get going, but once it did..it worked great! It's very quiet, and very cool air! It keeps up with this Mississippi heat! Great for a small room!

I bought 4 of these. Nice product considering the cheap price. Cools well. Average noise level. Simple assembly, remote, removable rubber drain plug (if you don't want the water sloshing sound). No complaints.

The only thing I dont like about this AC is that I thought the dehumidifier function would work without having to have the AC down. If you set it on dehumidifier function, it wont cycle on unless it is also cooling the room with AC. Will have to buy a separate dehumidifier. Otherwise, effective...
