Since it arrived its been great pulling two full buckets of water out a day. Our basement was very wet dropped the humidity by 30% and musty smell has disappeared.

So far this dehumidifier has been working well in my basement. It has removed the humidity and there is no more damp smell in the basement. The bucket fills up about twice a day so I check it first thing in the morning and a night to dump the water out.

Had what they called a 1000 year flood and had up to 2 feet of water in my basement. This dehumidifier helped remove the excess moisture and the smell. Done a great job.

Unit is working beautifully. Had a water leak in our basement that went undiscovered or a bit. Extracted the water from the carpet and this dehumidifier is definitely doing the job of removing the moisture from the air.

Very nice unit. Performance is terrific. Placed this in a partially finished basement with laundry room and was amazed at how well it reduced the moisture level in a short period of time.
