I only had a kenmore 8000 btu in my living room 1 bedroom and it wouldn't do the job we were literally sweating in our condo....I took a chance and bought this even though it was off brand and OMG this thing saved my summer it gets ICE cold.....we are happy with it.....and love the cool remote it...
