Purchased over 10 years ago. Recently developed a problem with the mixing valve. One phone call and a picture identified the replacement cartridge which was expediently provided free of charge. I am a satisfied customer.

I have had this product for 8 years. When it leaked I called for service and I was quickly sent a replacement valve cartridge, easy to install video on Youtube and did it all myself for free. Nice! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I've had this shower valve for years and there was a leak. The customer service I got was way beyond what I expected! I called & identified the problem and the customer service representative informed that the part had a life time guarantee and replaced the part for free! It arrived within 2 days...
