The faucet leaks at the diverter value. I have to put the sprayer into the bathtub due to the constant flow of water. Delta is supposed to send a replacement part so that I can repair it. This item is much too expensive to have this problem.

This faucet has leaked since day 1. Eventually it got so bad that the handle just kept spinning and wouldn't shut off the water at all. We had to shut the water off to that bathroom. The plumber removed the handle and there were metal shavings falling out of it. Right now we can't use it a all.

We had the Cassidy faucet and sprayer set installed in our new master bath 3 years ago. Sadly, the sprayer is top heavy, keeps coming uncaulked, and falls over, leaving a big hole through which water can leak. I love the aesthetic of the faucet. Unfortunately the hand shower has leaked since day 1. Have had the installing plumber out various times to fix the issue, but it seems to be a mechanical issue.
