great product. put this seed in last spring. Already mowed the grass 4 times this year. no bear spots. yard looks great!!! Will buy again for backyard. grass never stops growing. yard is the best yard in town.

North Central FL and planted in Dec/Jan. Came in quick and thick. We let it overgrow and it produced seeds that we hope will continue to fill in our area. Great winter grass for FL. Not sure if it will last during our hit summers, time will tell.
