I had a septic system started in March 2023. The drain field was seeded with rye grass which was only temporary. The machinery destroyed the standing buffalo grass. I put down Scotts Bermuda seed and it took well in all the bare areas, but I didn't cut the rye grass short enough to get germina...

Advice, add more seed than recommended for grass fill in your lawn faster and do NOT keep it moist do keep it wet at least for 1st week
