This food does have a lot of liquid in it, so its like a puree, unlike some other more solid brands. But, the more moisture in it, the better for your cats. Vets tell you to add water to the more solid food because without more moisture, its harder to digest, causes more hairballs, and constipa...

My cats did not like the dry food from this brand but they love their canned food, so I mix some dry canned and they eat it all. Very cheap if you have a lot of cats and are on a tight budget!

The consistency is like thick gravy, non of the cats like it, but will eventually eat it when they don't get anything else. The other flavors have a much different consistency and the cats like them.

All the cans were dented. Since they were cat food, I decided it wouldn't hurt the feral cats. But it was disappointing.
