Never know exactly what you're getting until you use it. Very happy to say this unit works great! 14,000 BTU works well enough to cool off two large upstairs bedrooms with a bathroom in between and a little help of the ceiling fans running to keep the air circulating between the rooms. No water...

This unit does a great job cooling down a room. I can run it for 10 minutes in a 600 sq ft bedroom and it really changes the climate. I don't run it for too long at night as it makes a bit of noise and would be difficult to sleep to. but it definitely cools the roo. well.
