I bought this and it doesn't close all the way so if you're trying to pick up small poop, it just falls back out. I'm not sure if just mine is like that or if they are all that way.

Horrible product. Doesn't even close to pick up dog poop. This is the second one I had purchased, thinking the first one was just defective. Do not waste your money on this scooper it's just awful. Too bad I can't get my money back.
