Love that this is very heavy duty. The notebooks I usually get usually get so beat up and fall apart. This is very sturdy and easily holds its weight with a few fingertips with out flopping around. I also love the paper thickness, haven't tried markers but seems like most wouldn't bleed through

Exceed spiral notebook it always my first choice! They are made very well and last a long time! This one intertitular is a 3 subject, 120 sheets and has pockets on each side of the dividers.
