A wonderful piece of equipment for coffee lovers. Allows you to control level of grind, motor is smooth and quiet. After a bit of time to get the rubber washer seated correctly it was easy to set up. Glad we added this to our coffee routine.

I purchased this product after doing much research on coffee grinders. Baratza was good quality for the price and also supposedly great customer service. When the grinder arrived, it was missing a piece - a little rubber foot that didn't stop the machine from working but did cause it to wobble....

I like this burr coffee grinder. I've used the blade grinders previously but they always seem to miss some of the beans and the coffee clumps up due to the heat the blade grinder generates. This grinds the coffee evenly and without the heat which I like. If the grind is too fine or inconsisten...

You pay for the quality here but the grinder is top notch. I was surprised at how much better our morning coffee was using the proper grinding settings. This machine is very well built with high quality parts- seems like it will hold up for a lifetime.
