This computer came out of the box and looked brand new. It was very easy to hook up and the on screen prompts made it super easy to become operational. I am very pleased with this product.

Can't download itunes or google chrome. Don't know if it's a Windows 10 issue or a computer issue. I feel like it's a Windows 10 issue. If this had come with 7 I might be rating it 5 stars. I did like the keyboard. It's an awful nice one for being generic. Didn't try the mouse.
