received in good shape, hooked up worked perfect operating system was loaded ,windows 10, updates did not take long, fast computer even on my slow dsl. great computer for price . also came with mouse and keyboard , a plus Joy System refurbished this computer, always do great work

It was a good deal but 4 months later bought 2 each Dell 990's. This computer was pretty slow even thought it had 1 TB HHD, the 990's have 256GB SSD and have i7 processors. I'll use it as a backup one day if I need to.
