Chairs are heavy and very sturdy. You will need two people to put them together. The seat isn't as dark as it looks in the picture. Great chairs for the price.

I purchased 2 sets to go with the round table. They are very sturdy. I found them a little challenging to put together, but I didn't have help holding the spindles as I was attaching the legs. Together with the table, they make an adorable set. I am very pleased with this purchase.

These chairs are great and seem sturdy. The seat of them is a lighter wood than what is shown in the pictures. Also a part broke during assembly, and hayneedle gave me the number to the vendor, homestyles. Homestyles replaced the part, no questions asked. I plan to order another set of these chai...
