I'm on a low carb diet. This product is great, as a bread/grain replacement. There are plenty of recipes out there to choose from which require only half or a third as much coconut flour, as wheat flour. Great product.

I recently started using Bob's Redmill organic coconut flour to avoid gluten in my baking. So far I've used it in Healthy Avocado Brownies and corn bread. Both have turned out very delicious! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
