I like green tea for its acclaimed health benefits, convenience and Swanson's low prices. If I drink it before bedtime, I prefer the decaffeinated version so it does not keep me awake.

this green tea is the best i have tried. I have tried lots of brands and this is the best one out there in my opinion. You dont even have to sweeten it. It has a very earthy taste.
