The first laptop would not work and they sent another one. It's been two months and the replacement has stopped working. It states one year parts and labor warranty but ZOOM said my warranty was out. Don't buy this JUNK.

This laptop works ok. However the system was not cleaned of the prior user's information. Every time I try to enter an address or phone number in something. The prior owners info is auto filled in. The case has damage and the laptop has a latch to close and that is broken.

Had this just under a year now and sweated getting "Your Windows license will expire soon" message. nowhere did it say on the description that this was a trial version of Windows and I would have to purchase it. Can't find a link to contact the seller.

Sorry computer. No bluetooth you can not hear volume keeps dropping wifi. Stays way to hot when just cutting on it's so hot . No emojis. battery dies in less than two day even when cut off
