Thee favorite Baking Chocolate that is sold in the local grocery store. It's my go to for my chocolate chip cookies, granola bars and chocolate chip cakes. I love the rich quality of the the chocolate. It melts perfectly and don't get chalky and brittle.

Ghirardelli is the leader of all chocolate in my hone for all our baking needs. There's no improvement for this product. It costs a little more but has met all my expectations. I would buy it again because of the flavor it adds to all my cookies
