This is packed with turmeric which is an amazing inflammatory. It's not the worst powder I've ever tasted either. It goes well with my morning fruit shakes. The fiber has helped me with regularity. The turmeric has helped with the pain in my knees and I take it every day. I would highly recommend.

I'm pleasantly surprised that Walmart carries this kind of product. As a health nut, I know my healthy foods that I routinely use. And this fruit powder (and some othets) is one of them. I use it for my healthy smoothie and it tastes great while giving me a peace of mind that I'm eating healthy.
