My husband needs to be Gluten Free and I love this Roux mix! I make it often and for my guest when I have gumbo and really recommend it! Thanks for making it possible for Celiac people to have gumbo!!

Had to dump the pot, didn't taste like roux at all. Very thin, so you have to add a lot to make the gravy/gumbo thick and the more you add, the spicier it gets. Won't buy again.
