I've liked Crisco sticks for ages. When I scooped out Crisco shortening from its tub, it was always necessary to grease the baking pan. Breads felt heavier too. Whereas with Crisco sticks, I don't have to grease the pan and the breads are all lighter, fluffier.

These sticks are convenient with the measuring scale on the side of the wrapper. We got them because we only use shortening for baking which we seldom do. The wrapper helps keep the rest fresh for you. I have read that shortening can be frozen, too.

I never wanted to use shortening in the past, but one of my cookie recipes called for it. These little sticks are awesome! They slice through like room temperature butter and have all the measurements listed on the tiny package. This worked out well for me and for my baking!!!
