Has more fiber and fewer calories than regular egg noodles . Taste is not sacrificed for nutrition.

I don't taste any difference between these and other egg noodles and these are healthier. I haven't had any issues with cooking them and they don't ever end up mushy. My Grandma likes them with butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
