This is the best device I've ever used for separating fat from meat juices when making gravy. It's so easy! I used one just like it for several years but dropped it and broke a piece off. I'm so glad I was able to get this replacement.

Ordered this to make Thanksgiving gravy and it arrived just in time for Turkey Day. Easy to use and handle, separates the fat from the yummy part of the drippings. Simply squeeze the handle to release the good drippings without the fat to make delicious gravy.
