This stuff is amazing. It has the same kick as the OG Sriracha that we all know and love, but has a hint of sweetness to it (similar to chili sauce). I've used it with dozens of dishes at this point and have loved the flavor every time. My roommates have been raving about it as well.

Went out on a limb, never seen this brand before. needed flavor before lockdown! this stuff is getting me through just fine. I would argue it's better than rooster sauce but that's just me, less vinegar flavor more heat. will buy again.
