This is my preferred vanilla extract. A little pricier, but, you get exactly what you pay for. There is no strong alcohol smell when opened, and it is in a glass bottle for longer shelf life. It's perfect for baking and cooking, but can also be used in uncooked frostings (won't get the kids drunk!)
