Delicious product that's certainly better for me than a Snickers bar! Depending on the activity I'll have half a bar before and either the other half or a full bar afterwards. It goes down easy even after a 6 or 8 hour day of mountain biking when you are so tired you don't even wanna eat.

I have been buy cliff bars for many years. This has become my favorite flavor. Just the right combination of sweet and salt. I had left one in my bicycle bag from last fall and found it while cleaning yesterday. Almost as moist as when I bought the box. Some of the other flavors get stale quickly.
