This jug design is far less utilitarian than the old designs with a large side handle to grip and control pouring. Unless you have huge hands, this jug must be held with two hands to pour accurately. Yeah, they really screwed up by removing the strap piece. I understand companies want to reduce plastic which is a very good goal, but at least apply that in places that make sense. Removing the plastic handle in this case makes no sense.
