I absolutely love this flour.It is organic..bakes well and is priced right.I use it for holiday baking,pizza crusts,pancakes,everything.I have not been able to find it in the stores though..disappeared.So happy I found it online..ordered two for now!

We have been used this for a long time now and love it. I just wish they have bigger packages for it like 10 and 20 pounds.

Doesn't have a bunch of stuff in it. Just says flour. That's all I've ever wanted. It being truly organic is a mystery tho. I did a blind taste test and this stuff did taste about as good as the expensive organic stuff I got online so I'll be buying this from now on.

Organic (unbleached) Whole Wheat Flour is the only ingredient in this and a few other Organic AP Flour brands that I've used. So one would think that it "should" be relabled "Whole Wheat Flour".
