Good flavor and texture, cooks fast, freezes well. An easy soup by adding to Better than Bullion for chicken soup. I've been using these for years and they are available in most stores as the most economical.

I use these wide egg noodles as a bed for various meat dishes, like beef tips or roast au jus, where the broth flavors the noodles also. I usually vary between instant potatoes and the egg noodles. The American Beauty egg noodles have a good flavor.
