I use the clear vanilla extract in divinity and to keep it white and in other recipes where I want it white instead of cream colored. The taste is the same as regular vanilla. Love Watkins extracts and seasonings. A little goes a long way.

This is the perfect vanilla to use in candies, frosting, and anything you do not want color added. The taste is in keeping with the great vanilla taste of the dark vanilla.
