I use cold pressed avocado oil because it's safe for my dog and I use it to cook her salmon fillets in. she absolutely loves it over vegetable oil.

I recently discovered Spectrum Avocado oil after using all their other oils for years. So excited walmart carries the avocado oil now too! Just used this oil for frying and it was awesome.
