Either there was a misprint of Tbsp vs tsp (and I double-checked that I measured correctly) or the butter needed to be softened, not melted.       These cookies are really good. My husband loved them and he is opposed to anything overly healthy. I like how easy it is to add other things to the mix like coconut, nuts, dried fruit, etc.
